I really don't have much time for an update. I am supposed to be having a nap now Ella is finally asleep. I have been feeding her continuously from last night 6pm til this morning 8am with a 3 hour break! I actually called the breastfeeding association this morning cause I was worried I wasn't producing enough milk. But they and the midwife who came to visit me today assured me that she's doing very well. She might just be comfort feeding and after the trauma of being born and the time in the hospital (lots of pricking her with needles!) I don't blame her.
She gained 60 grams in 2 days and 30 grams since the birth, which is fabulous.
I'm doing well, although I got a bit frustrated because I hardly had time to go to the toilet in the past 16 hours. Let alone cook myself a decent meal. I've now asked a friend to come over and cook me lunch. And cut it up if need be so I can eat it while feeding.
