Does anyone know how CSA reconcile your FTB payments?  What I mean is, if CSA have calculated a certain amount of CS each month, but the couple have a private
arrangement, how do CSA actually know how much CS you really get and therefore what FTB you are entitled to.  I am thinking more in mind of when the paying
parent pays a lot more than the CSA assesment.

week highlights some areas of communication that need to be addressed.  They have a 3 1/2 year old son who generally stays with his Mum but goes with his Dad

			<description><![CDATA[ Looks like I have to go back to the Family Law Court circus - ds&#39;s dad and I attended mediation (which was a waste of time), so now he has his certificate
to file an  application against me. He is hell bent on his fixation of gaining full custody of our 4 yr old son, but says he&#39;ll compromise and fight me for
50/50. Also, he says his girlfriend is pregnant again (their son is was born early this year).
